Counseling Experience & Philosophy
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MN #1771).
I have nearly 20 years of experience as a therapist working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
In addition to being licensed in Minnesota, I am also a registered out-of-state telehealth provider for the state of Florida (registration number TPMF1336, https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/).
I am passionate about working with parents, caregivers and helping professionals who are attempting to balance attending to their own needs with caring for others.
I am a PMH-C certified mental health professional which means that I have completed advanced training in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and passed a certification test reflecting this knowledge.
I tailor my therapy approach to the needs of each individual client or family.

My life outside of work:
I am a wife and mother of two children. In my free time I enjoy reading, playing games with my family, going for walks, going on local adventures and traveling.
